Terramesa Resorts has more than 1,450 owners at 6 resorts spread out over 5,000 acres. We offer a wide range of private club, resort and rental management services as well as services specifically geared to vacation home owners. We manage golf course development and ongoing operations, two marinas, onsite rental programs and maintenance; fitness centers, restaurants and bars; clubhouses, pools and HOA / POA membership.
